When placing your order you will receive an automated e-mail which will state the details of your order. After the order has been processed by the frandeviv.gr online shopping department, you will receive the second and confirmation e-mail with the products that will be sent to you.

In case your order is pending, you will be sent a corresponding e-mail. Alternatively, we will contact you on the telephone numbers you have given us when registering or entering the order on our site.

There is no way to disable these updates, the sending of which is a prerequisite for the correct progress of your order. We invite you to ensure that these e-mails can reach you and to keep them throughout our transaction. It is your obligation, in the event that you do not receive the relevant e-mails, in accordance with the general conditions governing our transactions, to inform us without delay.

Order cancellation – order modification

Any order can be canceled and a full refund provided the order has not already been delivered to the courier company. To cancel an order call 210 2929950 and one of our associates will handle the cancellation of your order.

Any order can be modified after telephone communication, provided that the order has not already been delivered to the courier company.

The most efficient and immediate way to cancel or modify is by telephone and secondarily by e-mail, or both together for greater certainty.

In the event that your order has already been invoiced and shipped, there is NO cancellation of the order.

Product return and exchange policy:

Right of Withdrawal

We follow European and Greek Legislation. Only as a Consumer, you have the right of withdrawal (cancellation) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product. This does not apply to products related to personal hygiene. After this 14 day “cooling off period” the order is irrevocable. If it involves a return, it should only be done with our consent.
